随着原子能事业的发展及放射性同位素在临床医学上的广泛应用,皮肤及其深部组织的辐射烧伤的患者也有所增多。为了对辐射烧伤的治疗有所了解,我们温习了少许文献,作为借鉴。 β(乙种)射线的皮肤烧伤和γ(丙种)射线、X射线烧伤的临床经过及其治疗方法大体相似。只是前者损伤较浅,治疗较易;后者较深,更难处理。
With the development of the atomic energy business and the wide application of radioisotopes in clinical medicine, the number of patients with radiation burns in the skin and deep tissues has also increased. In order to understand the treatment of radiation burns, we reviewed a few documents for reference. The clinical course and treatment of skin burns with beta (beta) rays and gamma (gamma) rays, X-ray burns are generally similar. Only the former is less damaged and treatment is easier; the latter is deeper and more difficult to handle.
