目的:探讨医学相关专业学生情绪管理能力与健康促进生活方式现状,并分析两者之间的关系。方法:采用健康促进生活方式调查表和情绪管理能力量表对535名医学相关专业学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学相关专业学生健康促进生活方式得分为(83.33±21.98)分,各维度标准化得分由高到低依次为自我实现(68.65±17.59)分、人际支持(68.30±18.33)分、营养(60.54±18.50)分、压力处理(58.41±19.10)分、运动休闲(45.34±21.65)分、健康责任(40.56±22.60)分;情绪管理能力得分为(82.36±12.94)分,各维度得分由高到低依次为情绪理解能力(3.78±0.71)分、情绪运用能力(3.78±0.67)分、情绪表现能力(3.73±0.67)分、情绪调控能力(3.73±0.66)分、情绪觉察能力(3.73±0.64)分。Pearson相关分析显示,医学相关专业学生中健康促进生活方式与情绪管理能力之间呈正相关(r=0.519,P=0.000),同时各维度之间也呈正相关。结论:医学相关专业学生健康促进生活方式和情绪管理能力均处于中等水平,二者呈正相关。
Objective: To explore the status quo of emotion management ability and health promotion life style of medical students and to analyze the relationship between the two. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 535 medical-related majors using the Health Promotion Lifestyle Survey and the Emotional Management Ability Inventory. Results: The scores of health promotion life style of medical students were (83.33 ± 21.98) points, the standardization scores of all dimensions from high to low were self-actualization (68.65 ± 17.59), interpersonal support (68.30 ± 18.33), nutrition ± 18.50), stress management (58.41 ± 19.10), sports and leisure (45.34 ± 21.65) points, health responsibility (40.56 ± 22.60) points, emotion management ability score (82.36 ± 12.94) points, (3.78 ± 0.71), emotional ability (3.78 ± 0.67), emotional performance (3.73 ± 0.67), emotional control (3.73 ± 0.66), emotional perception (3.73 ± 0.64) )Minute. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between health-promoting life style and emotion management ability (r = 0.519, P = 0.000) among medical majors and there was a positive correlation between all dimensions. Conclusion: The health-related life style and emotion management ability of medical-related majors are at a moderate level, and the two are positively correlated.
