鼻窦霉菌病近来国内外报告渐增多,为提高对此病的认识,特将我科1983～1985年收治的6例整理报告,并进行文献复习。临床资料男性5例,女性1例.年龄28～64岁,平均46.5岁。病程4个月至2年多,平均10个月.病变均为一侧上颌窦。临床表现主要为抽吸性血痰,6例均有,为一种窦灶性,呈鲜红或暗红色血丝或血块,涕带血丝2例;面颊部肿胀感2例;头痛、流脓涕、眼球胀感及偶从鼻腔(?)出棕色痂块1例.抽吸性血痰及涕带血酷似鼻咽癌。检查:除1例于左侧中鼻道见棕褐色泥样物以
