用DNA分子标记技术,对21份番茄种苗进行黄化曲叶病毒病(TYLCV,TY)抗病基因及病毒病感染检测。结果表明:9份材料携带ty-1/ty-1、ty-2/ty-2和Ty-3a/ty-3a抗性基因,1份材料携带ty-2/ty-2和Ty-3a/ty-3a抗性基因;自根苗欧迪斯、嫁接苗金棚/11-8、金棚/荣威和金棚/双飞8号已经感染TY。种苗进行田间种植,其中携带抗性基因的番茄品种没有发生TY,抗性较强;在已感染TY的4份材料中,欧迪斯田间表现感染TY,其余3份未发生TY。试验表明,TY分子标记技术检测可靠,可以在番茄育苗生产中推广应用。
Twenty-one tomato seedlings were tested for TYLCV, TY disease-causing genes and viral infections using DNA molecular markers. The results showed that nine of the materials carried ty-1 / ty-1, ty-2 / ty-2 and Ty-3a / ty-3a resistance genes and one of them carried ty-2 / ty- ty-3a resistance gene; since the root nude Odisi, grafted seedlings gold shed / 11-8, Jinpeng / Roewe and Jinpeng / Shuangfei 8 have been infected TY. The seedlings were planted in the field, TY was not found in the tomato cultivars carrying resistance gene, and TY was found in the field of Odis, among the 4 materials that had been infected with TY. Experiments show that, TY molecular marker test reliable, can be applied in tomato seedling production.
