Objective: To investigate the effect of predictive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity. Methods: From June 2012 to December 2015, 80 patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity who were treated in Sanxiang Hospital of Zhongshan City were divided into control group and 40 patients who took routine nursing care. Based on routine nursing, predictive nursing measures Of 40 patients were divided into observation group, comparative analysis of plasma D-dimer concentration, length of stay, and incidence of deep vein thrombosis in both groups before and after 1 week. Results: There was no significant difference in plasma D-dimer levels between the two groups before operation (P> 0.05). The plasma D-dimer levels in both groups decreased after 1 week and the values in the observation group were lower In the control group, the incidence of hospitalization and deep venous thrombosis in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The prospective nursing care for patients with multiple fractures of the lower extremities can reduce the plasma D-dimer content, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis, which is good for postoperative rehabilitation.
