A comprehensive review of the 1H NMR spectra of four-coordinated organo-germanium compounds published over the past 30 years has been made. That is, the chemical shift data of the hydrogen nuclei bonded to the atoms, alkyl groups, aromatic systems and unsaturated systems were systematically summarized and the spectral characteristics were summarized.
