采用溶胶-凝胶法结合水热法,以纳米铁酸镍为磁核制备出具有核壳结构的MCM-41/NiFe_2O_4。通过氮气吸附脱附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明,磁性MCM-41的比表面积为853.33m2/g,介孔平均孔径为3.34nm。通过静态吸附单宁酸实验,探究磁性MCM-41的吸附机理。结果表明,磁性MCM-41吸附单宁酸符合准二级动力学模型、主要进行单分子层吸附。
MCM-41 / NiFe 2 O 4 with core-shell structure was prepared by sol-gel method and hydrothermal method using nano-sized nickel ferrite as magnetic core. The samples were characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption (BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) The results show that the magnetic MCM-41 has a specific surface area of 853.33m2 / g and a mesopore average pore diameter of 3.34nm. Adsorption mechanism of magnetic MCM-41 was explored by static adsorption of tannic acid. The results show that magnetic MCM-41 adsorption of tannic acid quasi-second-order kinetic model, the main monolayer adsorption.
