基于失范理论,青少年之所以会出现不良行为,主要源于社会道德规范与法律对青少年道德行为制约力不健全,单一的评价机制和人才培养模式限制了青少年合法实现自我价值的手段,意义缺席产生的青少年道德法律意识薄弱与社会不良风气和现象相互作用等。在防治青少年不良行为的对策方面,需要做到:强化社会道德规范和法律的外部制约力度;建立多元化评价标准和多层次教育体系,拓宽青少年实现自我价值的手段;培养青少年的反思能力,净化社会风气等。
