In this study, we investigated the inhalation toxicity of allyl chloride and found that the high concentration of allyl chloride can affect the positive conditioned reflex and the change of the reflex of differentiation condition at the first exposure, indicating that allyl chloride has weaker inhibitory effect on central nervous system. Chronic inhalation toxicity observations indicate that at high concentrations (206
