一、问题的提出 212缸套是我厂缸套分厂的主要产品,年产量近45万只,毛坯产量高达56万只之多。 机加工第一道工序是粗车外圆,采用设备为多半自动车床C7─1。多年来,因为设备超期服役,按工艺尺寸加工,保证不了生产定额,影响分厂生产任务的完成,按生产定额干,工艺尺寸却又难以保证。给下面工序的加工带来了很大的困难,也影响了产品质量。如何解决这个矛盾,有人提出更新设备,有人提出再增加一道荒车工序……等等,但实现都比较困难,投资也较大。经过分析研究,我们决定从降低加工余量入手。这项工作从84年10月开始,87年9月大批量投产。
