随着继续教育队伍的发展和壮大,继续教育人才培养质量定位的问题,已成为教育界和社会关注的焦点。本文通过对艺术设计专业继续教育人才培养现状的分析,论述了艺术设计专业继续教育人才培养质量定位的意义,以工科院校艺术设计专业为例,并结合广东工业大学艺术设计学院的办学特色,阐述了艺术设计专业继续教育人才培养质量定位的理论和实践。
With the continuous development and growth of the contingent of educators, continuing education, the quality of personnel training has become the focus of education and the community. This article analyzes the status quo of personnel training of continuing education in art design major, expounds the significance of quality positioning of personnel training in continuing education of art design specialty. Taking the art design major of engineering college as an example, combining with the characteristics of running school of art design college of Guangdong University of Technology, Expounds the theory and practice of the quality positioning of talent cultivation in continuing education of art design specialty.
