山药为平补三焦之药,从古至今临床广为应用。有关生山药中氨基酸种类已有人进行了一些探讨(蒋滢等.中草药1986;17(3):9],但对炮制前后有关氨基酸的变化尚未见有报道。为此,我们将怀山药及其炮制品中水溶性游离氨基酸进行了分析和比较。
Yam is a tri-coke medicine, which has been widely used since ancient times. There have been some discussions about amino acid types in raw yam (Jiang Wei et al. Chinese Herbal Medicine 1986; 17(3):9), but there have been no reports of amino acid changes before and after processing. For this reason, we will treat yam and its Water-soluble free amino acids in processed products were analyzed and compared.
