目的探讨ATP法体外药敏试验预测临床卵巢癌化疗的价值。方法采用ATP法,通过简易机械法制备细胞悬液,测定31例卵巢癌病人肿瘤组织体外原代细胞对6种常用化疗药物的敏感性,并与临床疗效进行相关分析。结果(1)ATP法检测卵巢癌患者药敏试验的可评价率为90.3%,敏感性为90.48%,特异性为85.71%,阳性预测值为95%.阴性预测值为75%,总的预测准确率为89.3%。(2)ATP法敏感可靠、简单快速、易于临床推广。结论ATP法可作为指导临床个体化疗的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the value of ATP in vitro chemosensitivity test to predict clinical ovarian cancer chemotherapy. Methods The ATP method was used to prepare cell suspensions by simple mechanical method. The sensitivity of primary cells in 31 ovarian cancer patients to 6 commonly used chemotherapeutic agents was determined and their correlation with clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results (1) The detectable rate of drug susceptibility test in patients with ovarian cancer by ATP assay was 90.3%, the sensitivity was 90.48%, the specificity was 85.71% and the positive predictive value was 95%. The negative predictive value was 75% and the overall predictive accuracy rate was 89.3%. (2) ATP method is sensitive and reliable, simple and quick, easy to clinical promotion. Conclusion ATP method can be used as an effective way to guide clinical individual chemotherapy.
