【目的】对阳春砂发育过程中内源水杨酸含量及转导途径中的关键基因的关系进行深入分析。【方法】以6月、8月采集的阳春砂新鲜果实为实验材料,采用液相质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)的方法测定阳春砂种子团及果皮中水杨酸的含量并结合幼果期、成熟中期、成熟末期的阳春砂果实的高通量测序表达谱数据,分析3个发育时期中水杨酸信号转导通道中相关基因的表达模式。【结果】阳春砂果实发育过程中,种子团及果皮内水杨酸的含量变化一致,且与水杨酸信号转导途径的关键基因的表达量变化基本一致,均呈上升趋势。【结论】内源水杨酸与其信号转导基因之间存在密切的关系。推测为种子团内合成水杨酸后运输至果皮。
【Objective】 In-depth analysis of the relationship between endogenous salicylic acid content and key genes in the transduction pathway during the development of spring spring sand. 【Method】 Fresh mandarin fruit collected in June and August were used as experimental materials. The contents of salicylic acid in the seeds and peels of Mahoganyo were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) The high-throughput sequencing data of the poplar sand fruits at fruit stage, mature stage, mid-mature stage and mature stage were used to analyze the expression pattern of the related genes in salicylic acid signal transduction pathway in three developmental stages. 【Result】 The contents of salicylic acid in the seed mass and pericarp were the same during the fruit development of P. eriocheir, and the expression levels of the key genes in salicylic acid signal transduction path were basically the same, showing an upward trend. 【Conclusion】 There is a close relationship between endogenous salicylic acid and its signal transduction genes. Speculated that the seeds within the synthesis of salicylic acid transport to the peel.
