目的 探讨镉对睾丸结构和功能损害作用的分子机制 ,研究镉对生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法 选用 2月龄Wistar雄性大鼠 16只 ,均分为染镉组和对照组 ,分别自腹腔注射氯化镉 (2mg/kg)和等量生理盐水 ,7d后采用原位缺口平移技术检测睾丸生精细胞凋亡数目的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,染镉组大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡数目明显增多 (P<0 0 1)。结论 染镉后大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡明显增加 ,这种变化可能是镉影响睾丸结构和功能的分子机制之一
Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of cadmium on testicular structure and function impairment and to study the effect of cadmium on apoptosis of spermatogenic cells. Methods Sixteen Wistar male rats aged 2 months were divided into two groups: cadmium chloride group and control group, respectively. Intraperitoneal injection of cadmium chloride (2mg / kg) and normal saline, respectively, 7 days later, Changes in the number of spermatogenic cells apoptosis. Results Compared with the control group, the number of apoptotic spermatogenic cells in cadmium-exposed rats increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion The apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in testis after cadmium exposure is significantly increased, which may be one of the molecular mechanisms that affect the structure and function of testis
