目的:探讨以音乐为背景的言语诱导疗法对青少年心理亚健康的干预作用。方法:采用康奈尔医学指数(CMI)对宜春市高校在校学生进行心理亚健康的筛查;随机分为音乐为背景的言语诱导组和对照组各20人,音乐为背景的言语诱导组采用集体心理治疗,干预前、后分别用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)对其进行测试。结果:音乐为背景的言语诱导组学生干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于干预前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组SAS、SDS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐为背景的言语诱导疗法能有效降低青少年心理亚健康人群的焦虑和抑郁程度,是一种有效的、经济的、值得在青少年心理辅导中推广的心理治疗方法和技术。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of speech-induced therapy on psychological sub-health in adolescents with music as the background. Methods: The Cornell Medical Index (CMI) was used to screen psychologically sub-health students in colleges and universities in Yichun. Randomly divided into music-induced speech-induced group and control group of 20 people each. Speech-induced group Using collective psychotherapy, before and after intervention, SAS, SAS were tested respectively. Results: SAS and SDS scores of students in intervention group were significantly lower than those of intervention group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between two groups after intervention (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Speech-induced therapy with music as the background can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of the sub-health population in adolescents. It is an effective and economical psychological treatment method and technique that is worth promoting in adolescent psychological counseling.
