本文从自我肯定的理论基础及内涵入手,综述了自我肯定训练效果的实证性研究结果。分别列举了部分西方及台湾学者关于自我肯定训练在儿童、青少年、女性、精神病患者以及企业员工等被试对象上的训练效果。大部分研究结果显示自我肯定训练在改善人际互动、提高自我概念方面有显著效果,鉴于此,在我国开发自我肯定训练有重大的理论和现实意义。
This paper starts with the theoretical basis and connotation of self-affirmation, and summarizes the empirical research results of self-affirmation training effect. The author separately lists the training effects of some self-affirmative training on the subjects such as children, adolescents, women, the mentally ill patients and the employees of enterprises in western and Taiwan. Most studies show that self-affirmation training has a significant effect on improving interpersonal interaction and self-concept. Therefore, developing self-affirmative training in our country has great theoretical and practical significance.
