目的:观察人外周血淋巴细胞膜上电压依赖性钾通道的特性。方法:膜片钳记录方法。结果:观察到该通道的最小激活电压为-38.6±2.1mV。复极过程中通道关闭常数为109.25±8.5ms,并可被10mmol/L的TEA所阻断。结论:人外周血淋巴细胞膜上存在着电压依整性钾电流,其物性与神经和肌肉细胞膜上的延迟整流性钾电流相类似。
Objective: To observe the characteristics of voltage-dependent potassium channels on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Methods: Patch-clamp recording method. Results: The minimum activation voltage observed for this channel was -38.6 ± 2.1 mV. The channel closure constant during repolarization was 109.25 ± 8.5 ms and was blocked by 10 mmol / L TEA. CONCLUSION: Voltage-dependent potassium current exists in the membrane of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, and its physical properties are similar to those of delayed rectifier potassium current in nerve and muscle cell membranes.
