为利用高分辨率工业 CT系统对大尺寸工件进行在线实时检测 ,本文提出可大幅减少断层图像总重建时间的多分辨率重建检查方案。首先对由先验知识或 DR检测指出的关键部位进行高分辨率重建检查 ,然后对断层其他部分进行低分辨率重建检查确定重点部位 ,最后再对重点部位进行高分辨率重建检查。该文还给出快速获得指定点 CT数的定点重建方法 ,为实现上述局部重建和多分辨率重建提供了有效手段。模拟的断层重建检查过程表明 ,该方案在不影响检查效果的前提下能够实现对 CT图像的在线重建和检查 ,而且检查过程也符合实际应用的需要。
In order to utilize the high resolution industrial CT system to inspect large-size workpieces online in real time, this paper proposes a multi-resolution reconstruction inspection scheme that can greatly reduce the total reconstruction time of tomographic images. Firstly, the key parts marked by prior knowledge or DR detection are examined by high-resolution reconstruction. Then the rest parts of the fault are examined by low-resolution reconstruction to confirm the key parts. Finally, the high-resolution reconstruction of the key parts is performed. This paper also gives a fixed-point reconstruction method for quickly obtaining CT points of a given point, which provides an effective means for the above-mentioned local reconstruction and multi-resolution reconstruction. The simulated tomography reconstruction process shows that this scheme can reconstruct and inspect the CT images on the premise of not affecting the inspection results, and the inspection process is also suitable for the practical application.
