我去一个机构讲课时,发现它的状况跟一般机构相反,资源很多,但服务做得很少。据说是因为提供相似服务的机构越来越多,而这个机构虽是老字号,但也失去了活力。新上任的理事长还很有冲劲,但从执行长开始都是老干部、老思维,仿佛一台拖不动的牛车缓缓前进,所以理事长希望能有些创新的课程带领大家翻转思维、创新服务。于是我采用了哈佛商学院创新大师克里斯
