当前中国正处于政治民主化、经济市场化、文化多元化、社会结构复杂化的变迁中,在改革开放的十字路口面临如何转型的抉择。而百年前的美国也面临着同样的境遇,希冀在一个大转型的时代中寻求突破。这段历史被称之为“进步时代”。立足于美国“进步时代”的社会背景,探讨美国“进步时代”的法制转型及其对当代中国的启示。 At present, China is facing the vicissitudes of political democratization, market-oriented economy, cultural pluralism and complicated social structure. At the crossroads of reform and opening up, China is facing a choice of how to make its transition. However, the United States faced a century ago also faced the same situation, hoping to seek a breakthrough in an era of great transition. This history is called “Progressive Age.” Based on the social background of the United States “Progressive Times ”, this paper discusses the legal transition in the United States “Progressive Times ” and its implications for contemporary China.
