离子通道广泛分布于心肌细胞,是心脏产生电活动、发生兴奋-收缩耦联的基础,其异常改变会引起多种心血管疾病,如心律失常、心力衰竭等。近年来miRNAs在多种疾病调控中的作用成为研究热点。miRNAs对心血管系统疾病具有一定作用,并与离子通道关系密切,对miRNAs为靶点的药物研究正在进行中。本文主要综述通过干扰miRNAs来调控心肌细胞离子通道,尤其是有望作为药物作用新靶点的miRNAs。
Ion channels are widely distributed in cardiomyocytes, the heart produces electrical activity, the basis of excitement - contraction coupling, the abnormal changes can cause a variety of cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmia, heart failure and so on. In recent years, the role of miRNAs in the regulation of various diseases has become a research focus. MiRNAs play a role in cardiovascular diseases and are closely related to ion channels. Research on miRNAs is underway. This review summarizes the regulation of ion channels in cardiac myocytes by interfering with miRNAs, especially miRNAs that are expected to be new targets of drug action.
