目的验证游泳池水质在线监测设备的准确性和稳定性,评估在线监测系统检测结果与现场快速检测结果的一致性,为创新卫生监督监管模式,提高卫生监督实时监管能力提供有益探索。方法选取天津市两家游泳场所为试点(简称游泳馆和跳水馆),在统一安装同一游泳池水质在线监测设备开展实时水质在线监测的同时,选取水质在线监测设备手工进水口处及游泳池现场运用实验室检测方法开展对比实验。检测指标为余氯、总氯、浑浊度、pH值、水温5项游泳池水质常规监测指标,每天选取(6:15,10:15,14:15,18:11,20:45)5个时间点连续7天开展检测。结果两泳池在不同检测时点的总氯、余氯、pH值在线监测值与实验室检测值具有较强一致性。游泳馆和跳水馆在线监测数值与在线监测点现场检测余氯均值相关性分别为0.822和0.877,(P<0.0001)相关性有统计学意义;总氯的在线监测值和监测点现场均值秩相关系数分别为0.93和0.974,(P<0.001)相关性均有统计学意义;在线监测与监测点现场检测p H值在两试点游泳池相关性分别为0.874及0.597,相关性有统计学意义;但浊度和水温指标在一定时间段波动较大,分析结果显示相关性关系不显著。结论两试点泳池在线监测系统检测结果与现场检测结果及实验室检测结果具有较强一致性,游泳池水质在线监测系统具有较高应用价值,对卫生计生监督机构创新监管机制,丰富监管手段,提高卫生计生监督机构对游泳池水质的实时监管能力具有重要意义。
Objective To verify the accuracy and stability of on-line monitoring equipment for swimming pool water quality and to evaluate the consistency between the online monitoring system test results and the quick on-site test results, so as to provide useful exploration for innovating the supervision mode of health supervision and improving the real-time supervision ability of health supervision. Methods Totally two swimming places in Tianjin were chosen as experimental sites (swimming pool and diving hall). In the same time, the on-line water quality monitoring equipment of the same swimming pool was installed to carry out real-time on-line water quality monitoring. At the same time, Room test methods to carry out comparative experiments. The detection indexes were the routine monitoring indexes of five swimming pools’ water quality, including residual chlorine, total chlorine, turbidity, pH value and water temperature. Five times a day (6:15, 10:15, 14:15, 18:11 and 20:45) Seven consecutive days to carry out testing. Results The concentrations of total chlorine, residual chlorine and pH in two swimming pools at different testing time were in good agreement with those in laboratory. The correlation between on-line monitoring data of swimming pool and diving museum and on-site monitoring residual chlorine of online monitoring sites were 0.822 and 0.877 respectively (P <0.0001), and the correlation between total on-line monitoring of total chlorine and on-site mean rank of monitoring sites (P <0.001). The correlation between on-site detection of p H values in the on-line monitoring and monitoring sites was 0.874 and 0.597 in the two pilot swimming pools respectively, but the correlations were statistically significant. However, the correlation coefficient was 0.93 and 0.974 respectively (P <0.001) Turbidity and water temperature indicators in a certain period of time fluctuations, the analysis showed no significant correlation. Conclusion The results of on-line monitoring system of two pilot swimming pools are in good agreement with the on-site test results and laboratory test results. The on-line monitoring system of swimming pool water quality is of high application value.
