目的 观察合理设计的中等强度运动对Ⅱ度糖尿病的康复作用。方法 指导病人坚持每天 2~ 3个运动单位的活动 2次,长达 6个月,应用生化指标作前后对比。结果 运动后糖化血红蛋白下降,差异十分显著。结论 长期合理运动仍是Ⅱ型糖尿病康复治疗的的重要方法。
Objective To observe the effect of moderately-designed moderately-moderate exercise on the recovery of second-degree diabetes. Methods to guide patients adhere to the activities of 2 to 3 units per day 2 times, up to 6 months, the application of biochemical indicators before and after comparison. Results Hypoglycemic hemoglobin decreased after exercise, the difference was significant. Conclusion Long-term and reasonable exercise is still an important method of type II diabetes rehabilitation.
