1996~1998年连续三年,我们进行了饲料微生物污染对鱼类的致病作用的调查研究。结果表明:饲料污染对鱼有直接的致病作用,可导致投饵型鱼类如鲤、鲫、罗非鱼、淡水白鲳等鱼发病,严重的可引起死亡。发病种类为典型的肠炎病,并可诱发出血性败血病.病程表现为急性暴发型和慢性型两种。鱼病发生的起病缓急与饲料污染的严重程度具有一定的相关性,饲料污染越严重,微生物细菌总数含量越高,鱼的发病症状越重,死亡量越大。当饲料中细菌总数超过1.0×10~6个/克细菌时,可以判定为诱发鱼病的主要指标。本文还对不同类型饲料污染的危害性进行了研究探讨。
