目的研究两种消毒剂对C57BL/6小鼠皮肤氧化损伤作用。方法以C57BL/6小鼠为模型,采用生化分析和PCR测定方法,对酸性氧化电位水(EOW)和过氧化氢对小鼠皮肤氧化损伤作用进行了观察。结果组织学HE染色观察发现,浓度为30 g/L过氧化氢消毒液作用1周后,小鼠背部皮肤增厚,其程度明显较EOW组和生理盐水组明显。过氧化氢作用后的小鼠背部皮肤组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显低于EOW组和生理盐水组,但过氧化氢组小鼠皮肤丙二醛(MDA)含量则高于EOW组和生理盐水组。结论 EOW连续作用1周对小鼠背部皮肤未产生明显氧化损伤作用,而30 g/L过氧化氢则使小鼠皮肤增厚且皮肤组织中SOD活性降低,MDA含量增高。
Objective To study the effects of two disinfectants on skin oxidative damage in C57BL / 6 mice. Methods C57BL / 6 mice were used as the model. The effects of acidic oxidative potential water (EOW) and hydrogen peroxide on skin oxidative damage were observed by biochemical analysis and PCR assay. Results Histological HE staining showed that the thickness of back skin of mice was thicker than that of EOW group and saline group at the concentration of 30 g / L hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for 1 week. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the back skin of mice after hydrogen peroxide treatment was significantly lower than that in EOW group and saline group, but the MDA content in the hydrogen peroxide group was higher than that in the EOW group And saline group. CONCLUSION: Continuous administration of EOW for 1 week did not induce obvious oxidative damage to the skin of mice. However, 30 g / L hydrogen peroxide caused thickening of skin and reduced SOD activity in skin and increased MDA content.
