近些年来,苏联大量的葡萄接条是借助于 M—7A 型和M—450E 型机器嫁接的。为了提高标准苗的质量和出圃率,我们在葡萄接条愈合前采用了新的处理方法。这种方法是在温室条件下将嫁接好的接条上端(5~6厘米)浸入微量元素溶液中10~15分钟。微量元素溶液由氯化钛、氯化锰、氯化镍和氯化醋酸铬组成(100公升水中溶有上述金属氯化物1.6克。2.0克,2.4克,2.3克)。然后进行蓄水愈合。
In recent years, a large number of Soviet Union grapevines have been grafted onto M-7A and M-450E machines. In order to improve the quality of standard seedlings and the yield rate, we adopted a new treatment method before the grapes were cured.
