为了观察白细胞介素-2(IL-2)增强肿瘤坏死因子(γTNF)对人肝癌细胞的细胞毒作用,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)光比色法规定了IL-2、γTNF单用及IL-2与γTNF合用对原发性肝癌细胞系H7402的细胞毒作用。结果表明:γTNF对H7402有直接抑制作用,最大抑制率为35.2%,IL-2对H7402无直接细胞毒作用,但能明显增强γTNF对H7402的抑制作用,二者合用的最大抑制率达51.6%,与单纯应用γTNF对H7402抑制作用相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。提示:IL-2有明显增强γTNF对肝癌细胞系的细胞毒作用。
In order to observe the cytotoxic effect of interleukin-2 (IL-2)-enhanced tumor necrosis factor (γTNF) on human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, tetrazolium (MTT) light colorimetry was used to define IL-2 and γTNF. The Cytotoxicity of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line H7402 by Single Use and Combined Use of IL-2 and . The results showed that gamma TNF had a direct inhibitory effect on H7402 with a maximum inhibition rate of 35.2%. IL-2 had no direct cytotoxicity against H7402, but it could significantly enhance the inhibitory effect of gamma TNF on H7402. The combined maximum inhibition rate was up to 51.6%, compared with the inhibitory effect of γTNF alone on H7402, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Tip: IL-2 significantly enhances the cytotoxic effect of γTNF on hepatoma cell lines.
