推导线速度之间的关系是为研究产生于驱动辊上的滑动的量。理论上的滑移是很小的,由于包在辊上的聚氨基甲酸酯层的压缩,实际上的滑移就更小。对于矫平黑色和有色金属带材无残余应力的要求导致了连续拉伸矫平机列的发展。其工作原理是基于二组率引辊的速度差。由于带材缠绕在传动辊上,利用“缠绕效应”使带材的进口和出口张力得以放大,最终能把张力放大到等于屈服点。由操纵手来掌握要求的塑性延伸和速度差的条件。
The relationship between the derived linear velocities is to study the amount of slippage generated on the drive roller. The theoretical slip is small, and the actual slip is even smaller due to the compression of the polyurethane layer wrapped around the roll. The requirement for no residual stresses in leveled black and non-ferrous strip results in the development of continuous stretch levelers. The working principle is based on two sets of rate of lead roller speed difference. As the tape is wound around the drive rollers, the tape entry and exit tension is amplified by the “wrapping effect”, eventually stretching the tension to equal the yield point. The manipulator grasps the required plastic extension and speed differential conditions.
