将波士顿蕨的无菌小苗切碎接种于含ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４及活性炭（ＡＣ）的培养基上进行增殖培养，结果表明：一定浓度的ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４对波士顿蕨无菌苗的增殖培养有明显的促进作用，以２５０ｍｇ／Ｌ为最佳；ＡＣ对波士顿蕨试管苗的增殖也有明显的促进作用，以２％最适宜。
The sterile fermented boston fern was inoculated on the medium containing NaH2PO4 and activated carbon (AC) for proliferation culture. The results showed that: a certain concentration of NaH2PO4 on Boston fern aseptic seedling proliferation was significantly promoted by 250mg / L is the best; AC also significantly promoted the proliferation of the test-tube plantlet of Boston fern, with 2% being the most suitable.
