所谓的人力资源管理就是将每一个人都安排在最适合他的岗位上,让他在这个岗位上能够发挥出最大的能力,为公司或者企业创造最大的经济效益。在市场经济高速发展的今天,企业的人力资源管理能力是一个企业发展速度最大的影响因素,特别是受到改革影响最大的电力企业,人才更是制约其发展的首要因素。本文针对这点对电力企业人力资源管理中招聘的作用展开了初步的探讨。
