利用基于扩散方程的包壳氧化模型,对与氧化锆(Zr O2)的单斜相-四方相共存相关的相变磁滞现象进行了分析。得到的主要结论有:该模型能较好地模拟包壳瞬态氧化时的相变磁滞现象;当升温或降温速率较大时,相变磁滞现象较明显;该模型比抛物线型公式能更好地预测美国橡树岭国立实验室(ORNL)开展的假想失水事故(LOCA)氧化实验。
Phase transition hysteresis associated with the monoclinic-tetragonal phase coexistence of zirconia (ZrO 2) was analyzed using a cladding oxidation model based on the diffusion equation. The main conclusions obtained are as follows: The model can simulate the phase change hysteresis phenomenon during the transient transient oxidation of the cladding. When the heating or cooling rate is high, the phase transition hysteresis is more obvious. Compared with the parabolic equation Better predict hypothetical LOCA (Oxidative Dehydration Accident) oxidation experiments at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
