从今年1月1日起,在湖南省沅江县三眼塘镇黄茅村和新开山村,农民与沅江县保险公司和县卫生局签订的保险合同正式生效。这是该县推行的第一个保险试点。这两个村子共有村民419户,计1758人,根据合同要求,村民每人每年向保险公司交纳医疗保险金7元(其中本人交4元,村、镇集体福利代付3元),村民看病须到指定的合同医院三眼塘区医院,医药费可由保险公司报销50％,每个村民累计报销住院费一次不得超过250元;县保险公司每月底到合同医院结帐并检查医药
