圆刀片端铣刀具有很多优点,值得广泛采用.研究立装圆刀片端铣刀的刃倾角对铣削力的影响具有理论意义和实用价值。本文用两种结构的单齿立装圆刀片(圆锥和圆柱刀片)端铣刀,在λ.-5~45°;a_p=1~3mm和a(?)=0.1~0.32mm/齿的条件下,铣削三种材料(铸铝、灰铸铁和中碳钢)。用正交设计法试验研究铣削力(Fx、Fy、Fz、F_Σ、Ft和P),用微机处理试验数据.得出铣削力的经验公式。用全相关系数检验证明:试验结果精确可靠。
Circular blade end mill has many advantages and is widely used.Research on the effect of cutting edge angle on milling force of vertical blade end mill has theoretical significance and practical value. In this paper, two kinds of structure of single-tooth vertical straight blade (cone and cylindrical blade) end mill, in λ.-5 ~ 45 °; a_p = 1 ~ 3mm and a (?) = 0.1 ~ 0.32mm / Under, milling three materials (cast aluminum, gray cast iron and medium carbon steel). The orthogonal design method was used to study the milling force (Fx, Fy, Fz, F_Σ, Ft and P) and the experimental data were processed by computer. All-coefficient test proved: the test results are accurate and reliable.
