目的　研究遗传型与非遗传型智残患者的趾跖嵴纹是否存在差异。方法　采用油墨印迹法、透明胶带法 ,结合肉眼直观并纪录等方法对 10 0例智残患者的趾、跖纹进行收集、观察和分析。结果　遗传型智残组和非遗传型智残组的趾端、趾间Ⅲ区和Ⅳ区的皮肤嵴纹均存在非常显著的差异 ,P <0 .0 0 1;拇趾球区、小鱼际远端区、趾间Ⅱ区在两组间存在显著差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　趾、跖嵴纹数的差异为智残患者的诊断和鉴别提供依据。 Objective To study the differences of toe plantar crest between genetically and non-genetically disabled patients. Methods The toes and plantar patterns of 100 patients with mental retardation were collected, observed and analyzed by means of ink blot method, scotch tape method, and macroscopical visualization method. Results There was a significant difference in the skin ridges between the three regions of the heel and between the toes of the genie and the non-genotype Chi-Chi group (P <0.01) There were significant differences between the two groups in the distal region and the interdigital region Ⅱ, P <0.05. Conclusion Differences in the numbers of toes and plantar crest lines provide the basis for the diagnosis and identification of patients with intellectual disabilities.
