The pathological sections of Hemorrhage of Gobiocypris rarus fish and the ultrathin sections of the control fish were observed under an electron microscope. No virus particles were seen in the gills, gut, kidneys, spleen, muscle and liver of control fish. The accumulation of GCHV particles with a diameter of about 70nm was observed in the vascular endothelial cytoplasm of diseased fish gills, indicating that gills are one of the major organs involved in GCHV invasion. The significance of gills for GCHV-sensitive GGVV transmission was discussed. Still in the diseased fish intestine, the kidneys into pieces of the virus particles observed, they are also the main organization of GCHV invasion. Scattered virus particles were observed in the cytoplasm with low electron density in diseased fish’s spleen. Rarely seen the virus aggregates, the spleen of the virus may be phagocytic phagocytosis from the spleen. The authors consider that the different sizes of virus particles observed in diseased fish tissues are GCHV at different stages of maturation.
