应用经典恒温加速试验法,对莲心碱注射液稳定性试验进行预测,结果表明。本品的分解反应基本符合一级反应,t_(0.9)~25℃为90d,t_(0.9)~10℃为450d,为该药的贮存提供参考。
Classical isothermal accelerated test method was used to predict the stability test of the isnalinine injection. The results showed that. The decomposition reaction of this product basically meets the first-order reaction, t_(0.9)~25°C is 90d, and t_(0.9)~10°C is 450d, which provides reference for the storage of the drug.
