攻击行为在工读学校学生中是一种较为突出的行为表现方式,亟待各种社会力量为青少年的正面成长作出努力。本研究以上海市某工读学校攻击行为学生为研究对象,以上海市阳光社区青少年事务中心“心教育”项目为平台,在增能理论视野下,以定性研究方法为主,通过增能服务项目的介入,在个人、人际和社区层面为其增能,增强服务对象内在和外在的保护因素,提升服务对象的抗逆力,促进服务对象的正面成长。本研究希望通过了解工读学校攻击行为学生在个人、人际、社区层面的需求及权力缺失的现状,观察他们权能感获得的过程及运用增能取向理念对工读学校攻击行为学生改变所产生的影响,并最终希望探索工读学校攻击行为学生增能的社会工作实务模式。
Aggression is a prominent manifestation of behavior among school-going students, and various social forces are urgently required to work hard for the positive growth of adolescents. In this study, a Shanghai study-focused school attack behavior of students as the research object, the Shanghai Sunshine Community Youth Affairs Center “heart education ” project as a platform, in the theory of augmented energy, qualitative research methods, The involvement of service items will increase their personal, interpersonal and community level, enhance the intrinsic and extrinsic protection of service targets, enhance the resilience of service targets and promote the positive growth of service targets. This study hopes to understand the current situation of the demand and power loss of students at attacking school in work-study schools, and to observe the process of gaining their sense of empathy and the impact of applying the concept of increased-orientation on the change of students in attacking schools in work-study schools. And ultimately hope to explore practical ways of social work for boosting student aggression in work-study schools.
