我段东风_4型0125号机车在一次运行途中,低温静液压系统突然发生剧烈振动,静液压泵发出剌耳的啸声,静液压油箱回油管被振裂,造成临修和机破。0060号机车高温静液压系统也发生过类似故障。上述故障发生后,剖开静液压油箱检查发现:支撑喷嘴和扩压器的固定座焊缝处裂纹,以致造成固定座脱落,喷嘴和扩压器中心错位,严重者达1mm以上。按照大连机车车辆工厂有关图纸的技术要求,重新组装并焊接了喷嘴、扩压器和固定座,经装车运用,静液压系统的剧烈振动消失,系统运行正常。
