本文把因子分析用于医院管理。医疗质量受到医生的多种因素影响,这些因素又相互独立。笔者认为其中有二个因素决定医疗质量,就是医生的责任心和业务素质,但这二个因素很难进行直接测定。因子分析是用于研究有关因子,从中找出一些新的公因子,用公因子代替那些独立的不能直接测定的原来因子,使之分析现象更加简单和清楚。按照这种思路,笔者随机抽查28名医生200多份病历(每人8~10份),请六名专家对病历的各项目进行双盲评判,用因子分析方法,并用计算机处理,寻找出公因子,即医生的责任心和业务素质,从而客观地评价医生的医疗质量。
This article uses factor analysis for hospital management. Quality of care is influenced by many factors of the doctor, and these factors are independent of each other. The author believes that there are two factors that determine the quality of medical care, that is, the doctor’s responsibility and professional quality, but these two factors are difficult to determine directly. Factor analysis is used to study relevant factors, find out some new common factors, and use common factors instead of independent original factors that cannot be measured directly to make the analysis more simple and clear. In accordance with this line of thinking, the author randomly selected 28 doctors with more than 200 medical records (8 to 10 per person). He asked six experts to conduct double-blind judgments on the items of the medical records, using factor analysis methods and computer processing to find out the results. Factors, that is, the doctor’s responsibility and professional quality, thus objectively evaluate the doctor’s medical quality.
