针对带有复杂几何外形桨叶的万向铰式倾转旋翼,利用有限元法进行动力学建模,并对根部自由桨叶以及安装在台架上的旋翼进行模态分析。利用LM S系统通过局部坐标与整体坐标相结合的方式对模型桨叶及旋翼进行模态测量,并将实验的模态识别结果与理论分析结果进行对比,相互验证了实验方法与分析方法的有效性与合理性,结果表明所建立分析模型及方法实用性强,可以有效分析万向铰式倾转旋翼的固有特性。
For the universal hinged tilting rotor with complex geometric shape blades, the dynamic modeling is carried out by the finite element method, and the modal analysis of the free blades on the root and the rotor mounted on the platform is carried out. The LM S system was used to measure the model blades and rotors by means of local coordinates and global coordinates. The modal identification results of the model were compared with those of the theoretical analysis to verify the effectiveness of the experimental methods and analytical methods Sex and rationality. The results show that the analytical model and method are practical and can effectively analyze the inherent characteristics of universal joint tilting rotor.
