采用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞 ,通过暂时停止供应心肌细胞生存必需的糖和氧 ,造成心肌细胞缺血样损伤。测定细胞培养液中心肌酶的活性 ,并用荧光分光光度计偏振法测定心肌细胞膜流动性 (MFU) ,观察中药心复康对心肌细胞缺血性损伤的影响。结果显示心复康明显降低培养液中心肌酶活性 ,增强心肌细胞膜流动性 ,研究表明心复康对心肌细胞的缺血性损伤具有保护作用
In vitro cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were used to temporarily block the supply of cardiomyocytes to survive the necessary sugars and oxygen, resulting in ischemia-like damage to cardiac myocytes. The activity of myocardium enzymes in cell culture fluid was measured, and the membrane fluidity (MFU) of myocardial cells was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometer polarization method to observe the effect of Xinfukang on myocardial ischemic injury. The results showed that Xinfukang significantly reduced the activity of myocardium enzymes in the culture fluid and enhanced the flow of myocardial cell membrane. Studies have shown that Xinfukang has a protective effect on myocardial ischemic injury.
