该机采用普通悬链,间歇式输送零件,即:零件吊挂在悬链上,悬链作间歇式运动,行走一个节距就停下来,对零件进行清洗、喷漆或电泳涂漆、烘干。这些完了以后,悬链带着零件再走一个节距。采用这种方法,可使清洗机、烘干室、电泳槽等设备长度大大缩短;使电泳槽由船式结构变为垂直升降的槽式结构。不仅如此,而且还可在一个工位上(即一个清洗室内)完成四种不同溶液的清洗工序,甚至零件走二个工位可完成八种不同溶液的清洗。
