生鸡肉中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染监测

目的:了解绍兴市部分农贸市场及超市的生鸡肉中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染状况。方法:监测农贸市场及超市的生鸡肉食品。结果:82份样品中检出Lm 26株,总污染率为31.71%。其中农贸市场52份中检出Lm 10株,总污染率为19.23%;超市30份中检出Lm 16株,总污染率为53.33%。结论:大型超市生鸡肉中Lm检出率明显高于农贸市场。 Objective: To understand the pollution status of Listeria monocytogenes in raw chicken in some farmer’s markets and supermarkets in Shaoxing. Method: Monitor raw chicken food at farmers’ markets and supermarkets. Results: 26 strains of Lm were detected in 82 samples, the total contamination rate was 31.71%. Among them, 10 strains of Lm were detected in 52 farmer’s markets, with a total pollution rate of 19.23%; 16 strains of Lm were detected in 30 supermarkets, with a total pollution rate of 53.33%. Conclusion: The detection rate of Lm in raw meat of supermarkets is obviously higher than that of farmer’s market.
