和谐是社会主义价值观基本内容,不仅是国家层面的要求,作为社会经济细胞的企业也应该贯彻这个理念。改革开放前,人们对公司的概念是资本主义的东西,和我党水火不容应该消灭;改革开放后相当长一段时间,人们又曲解了“黑猫白猫能抓耗子就是好猫”的名言,认为只要有经济效益就行,公司治理不应该被党委束缚。这些观点都犯了形而上学的错误思想,不能辩证的看到企业党建和公司治理是一个问题的两个方面。政府中的行政和党建各有分工,各项制度发展地比较成熟,基本被群众认可。企业也是如此,下面就企业党建与公司治理和谐发展的创新谈几点浅见。
Harmony is the basic content of socialist values, not only at the national level requirements, as a social and economic cells of enterprises should implement this philosophy. Before the reform and opening up, people’s concept of the company was something capitalist, and our party could not be overwhelmed by the floods and losses. For a long time after the reform and opening up, people misunderstood the idea that “the black cat and the white cat can catch the mouse is a good cat.” Famous saying, as long as there is economic efficiency on the line, corporate governance should not be tied by party committees. These views all make the wrong thinking of metaphysics. It can not be dialectically seen that corporate party building and corporate governance are two aspects of a problem. The administration and party building in the government each have their own division of labor. All systems are relatively mature and basically recognized by the masses. The same is true for enterprises, below a few humble opinion on the innovation of harmonious development of corporate party building and corporate governance.
