心理测试(Psychological Test)是指通过一系列测试手段,将人的某些心理特征数量化,来衡量个体心理因素水平和个体心理差异的一种科学测量方法。中石油自实施“走出去”战略之后,海外油气业务国际化人才招聘是其中的一项关键环节,同时由于其所属海外油气业务分布国家自然、社会、人文、政治等环境的复杂性,迫切需要在招聘中借助心理测评手段,把适合的人才招聘到合适的岗位,对于整合海外油气业务人力资源优势,推动油气业务跨越式发展意义重大。本文旨在通过对心理测评工具的描述,试图为海外油气业务人才的招聘工作提供借鉴。
