针对沥青路面永久变形的预估方法进行研究。首先分析永久变形的产生机理,以剪应力作为主要力学指标,提出了路面永久变形的预测模型形式;然后,选用沥青混合料AC13作为试验级配,进行60℃单轴贯入抗剪试验、20℃模量试验及不同温度、不同荷载和不同厚度条件下的车辙试验,利用实测模量采用有限元方法计算车辙试件在不同荷载及不同厚度条件下试件内的剪应力分布;最后依据路面结构的剪应力分析结果、车辙试验以及抗剪试验结果,采用遗传算法确定路面永久变形预估模型的参数,得到基于试验数据及力学分析的沥青路面永久变形预估模型。
The method of estimating the permanent deformation of asphalt pavement is studied. First of all, the mechanism of permanent deformation is analyzed. Taking shear stress as the main mechanical index, a prediction model of permanent deformation of pavement is proposed. Then, asphalt mixture AC13 is selected as the test grade to carry out uniaxial penetration test at 60 ℃. ℃ test and the rutting test under different temperature, different load and different thickness, the finite element method is used to calculate the shear stress distribution of the rutting specimen under different loads and different thicknesses by using the measured modulus. Finally, according to the pavement Structure analysis of shear stress, rutting test and shear test results, genetic algorithm is used to determine the parameters of pavement permanent deformation prediction model. Based on the experimental data and mechanical analysis, the permanent deformation prediction model of asphalt pavement is obtained.
