近年来,随着国家能源基地建设的推进,资源型产业的有效发展模式成为学术界研究的热点问题。文章通过实证研究和对比分析,论证了中国煤炭产业以集群化模式发展的可行性。首先,通过空间基尼系数的测算,证明中国煤炭产业已经呈现出较为显著的集聚化特征。然后,用区位熵作为煤炭产业空间集中度的表征指标,通过分析其与煤炭产业利润绩效、安全绩效、技术绩效的相关关系,得出提高煤炭产业空间集中度可以提高产业绩效水平的结论。最后,测算中国煤炭产业行业集中率,并和同期美国煤炭产业数据进行比较分析,证明提高产业集中度可以提高煤炭产业经济效益水平。因此,选择核心大企业建设轮轴式产业基地有利于提高煤炭产业的空间集中度和行业集中度,符合“规模化”、“基地化”的产业政策方向,是中国煤炭产业集群化发展的可行模式。
In recent years, with the development of the national energy base construction, the effective development mode of resource-based industries has become a hot issue in academic circles. Through empirical research and comparative analysis, the article demonstrates the feasibility of China’s coal industry to develop in a cluster mode. First of all, through the calculation of space Gini coefficient, it proves that China’s coal industry has shown a more significant aggregation characteristics. Then, using the location entropy as the index of the spatial concentration of coal industry, we conclude that improving the spatial concentration degree of the coal industry can improve the performance level of the industry by analyzing the correlation between the regional entropy and coal industry profit performance, safety performance and technical performance. Finally, the concentration rate of China’s coal industry is measured and compared with the data of the U.S. coal industry in the same period, which proves that increasing industrial concentration can improve the economic efficiency of the coal industry. Therefore, choosing the core large-sized enterprise to build a hub-and-spoke industrial base is conducive to improving the spatial concentration and industrial concentration of the coal industry and is in line with the industrial policy of “large-scale” and “base-based”. It is also a cluster of China’s coal industry Feasible model of development.
