Objective To investigate the effect of different insulin administrations on type 1 diabetes in children. Methods A total of 80 children with type 1 diabetes treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The treatment period was from February 2013 to January 2014, and the 80 patients were divided into experimental group (40 patients) The control group and the control group were administered by injection, and the experimental group was given oral administration. After the treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose level was (6.95 ± 2.14) mmol / L in the experimental group and 6.36 ± 2.36 mmol / L in the control group (P <0.05). The adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) ). Conclusion Both oral administration and injection administration have a good hypoglycemic effect on type 1 diabetes in children, with no significant difference between the two, but the safety of oral administration is higher than that of injection, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions .
