在五分类血液分析仪研发领域中,虽然白细胞的分类方式多样,仪器的功能也相对比较完善,但大多数仪器的结构设计复杂,外部干扰因素多,稳定性和精密度难以得到保障。为此,提出了一种应用于白细胞五分类的信号检测与处理系统,该系统采用全光学技术对细胞进行参数检测,将得到的前侧光散射量(FSC)与轴向光吸收量(ALL)作为细胞的特征量,并设计出光电转换电路、滤波及放大电路和模拟/数字(A/D)转换电路,最终完成了对白细胞的五分类工作,采用该技术的血液分析仪样机具有结构简单,可靠性高的特点。测试结果表明,样机对白细胞分类的相关性r较好,且仪器的精密度与国外高档五分类血液分析仪Mythic 22接近,仪器的功能和性能比较完善。
